Profile

I am Alan Jeskey and South County Constable Office was created in 2006 to further expand my business. For years I worked only under my name which made advertising slightly more difficult. Although the business is located in Southbridge, it is not where I started. I originally was appointed in Sturbridge on April 10, 2000 to replace a well known and liked Constable who had passed earlier in the year. After that I was elected several times by the residents of Sturbridge.

In 2005 I moved out of Sturbridge to marry my wife. Relocating to Southbridge meant I had to resign my position in Sturbridge. I applied in Southbridge and on August 8th (2005) I was voted in by unanimous vote for a  3 year term ending June 30, 2008. In the spring (2006), I applied for a DBA certificate thus naming the business.

I continue to serve all civil process with eviction process, family court issues, and subpoenas being the majority of the workload. I am bonded in accordance with the Massachusetts laws. In addition to being experienced in civil process, I also have some law enforcement training. I receive additional training from the Massachusetts Bay Constable Association, an association I have been a member of since 2006. No matter what type of process or the risk, I will get it done quickly, accurately and professionally.
