Reasons to use South County Constable Office

There is usually a significant savings in using a local Constable compaired to using the Sheriffs Department. The sheriffs usually have to travel further to effect service. The officers that work for the sheriff are usually political appointments for friends and colleges.

I take pride in my work. This is my business and therefore a relection of me. I research an address before just leaving a order on a door. Additionaly, I serve papers in a sealed envelope when service can not be made in person. This is not required by law, but the persons privacy is still respected.

I am bonded in accordance with Massachusetts laws. This is extremely important! If you 'shop around' for constables, this should be the very first question you ask. I've met several that didn't even know they had to be bonded. Using an non-bonded constable may result in dismissal of your case. Service by a non-bonded constable is considered no service at all. If you only ask one question ask, "Are you bonded?"

As a local constable, a percentage of my service fees are returned to the town. This is required by law. Some towns were not aware of it. I made Southbridge aware of it and take pride in contribuiting back to the town.

I am also a full member of the Massachusetts Bay Constable Association. Through the association, I recieve training, valuable updates on the ever changing laws, and a network of other constables to work with. With this network I can get anything served anywhere in this state.

If you want it served quickly and professionally then please give me a call. I'll be glad to help you out. I'd be glad to speak to anyone about getting their documents, order, etc served. While I can not provide specific council (give legal advice) I'll be glad to explain service to you.
